SPR# MNOI4RLTW2 - When a database was listed in the Offline Configuration Document of a DOLS-enabled database in both the Required and Optional database fields, during download, it was being treated as an Optional database (i.e. not synchronized automatically). Now, if the database is listed in both fields, it is treated as a Required database.
